Im seeking all wholesalers in the Tampa Bay, fl area. I have a 3 seprate parcel former assisted living facility in new port richey, all three propertys are right next to eachother. Two out of the three buildings are just remodeled. Im offering 3% commission to who ever gets it sold. Please message me on bigger pockets for more info.
