I'm looking for a tenant placement service in the Tampa Bay Area. Specifically pasco county. 

What are the largest property management companies? Are there ones that manage large hedge funds property's? 

Is there any services that could send out letters for me? I need to send letters to my tenants but its to time consuming. 

Where are we currently in the multi family market cycle? Any signs of prices going down any time soon?

Im a investor in Pasco county... Looking to meet other wholesale investors in the area.
