This goes out to any landlords in Winchester, VA that have a house that could use some improvement.

I am buying a fix/flip property from two brothers that inherited a house. While I will be renovating the house as a flip, they are seeking to rent a property that they can improve. They would like to have an option to buy so they can add value and then sell to create a win-win with their landlord. 

Let me know if you have a house to rent in such a scenario. They will have some money to put into an option and repairs.
