2nd Position Opportunity for Fantastic Edina Project

We are looking for a 2nd position lender for an upcoming project in Edina, MN.  The project is a scrape and build in a highly desired neighborhood in MN.  Fantastic schools and a neighborhood that calls for a new build instead of a renovation. 

We are looking for $140,000 for 9-11 months.  Closing date is 9/28, funds are needed in escrow sooner for 1st position lender approval.  The first month will be design and permitting, Month 2 will be demolition with the new build lasting approximately 4 months.  We expect 90 days on market including closing period.
