Duplex under $200k in 78754! This property sits in the heart of several large business parks, we have solid bones and although it needs some repairs the area does not demand any top end finishes. Each unit is 2/1.5, rents are currently under-performing. Current tenants are on a month to month lease and are willing to stay.
