Position: Dispositions Manager

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (HQ)

Company: Auxilium Acquisitions, LLC is 95% virtual wholesaling group, bringing in 30-50 new contracts per month. We posses a fun, energetic and innovative culture for entrepreneurs to learn and grow. 

Description: 

• Responsible for selling real estate investment deals to our existing pool of buyers.
• Developing and growing relationships with new buyers.
• Periodic travel to foster out-of-state buyer relationships
• Drafting contracts
• Working directly with companies transaction coordinator to ensure smooth closings.
• Required weekly reporting
