We have a contract for sale on a property located at 360 Rively Ave, Pa 19023. The property is currently occupied and will be vacant this coming October. This is a row home and is in good shape. Roof, windows and siding are in good condition. Mainly needs cosmetic updates: new carpet, paint, new drop ceiling in living room, possibly tear up the carpet on the first floor and re-finish the hardwood, skylight in bathroom needs minor repair, and some minor drywall repair. Kitchen is in good shape too. The HVAC system is old but it is working well. It will probably need to be replaced in the next 5 years or so. No issues with the electrical or plumbing.
