Need West side Detroit deals for an investor

We're working with strong buyers interested in buying in Detroit, that are coming into town this weekend. If you have a property that fits the following criteria which can be shown this weekend please contact me by Thursday 8/25 at 5p! 

Buyer Criteria:

  • Price: $35K and under
  • Area: West Side
  • Bedrooms: 3+BR
  • Style: Prefer brick, but will look at vinyl
  • Warranty Deed preferred
