Known issues with property is the need for a roof,  and for the vacant unit some drywall repair/paint, kitchen plumbing repair, carpet, and a few minor things. It should take about 15k to complete the repairs needed. 

Tenant has been renting for 5 years; the rent has never been raised. The 2 bedroom unit can go for $400 and the 3 bedroom can go for $500 (section 8 will pay $515 on this block). Licensed property management company is currently in place.
