Hello!

We are independent contractors for a group of REI and would love to build some mutually beneficial relationships. We are currently seeking to expand our portfolio of MF properties and are actively seeking 75-250 units in all of these locations.

We are also looking for smaller MF properties for ourselves.

We would love to connect with some bigger pocket brokers in the next few days and will share more of the criteria we seek.

@Craig J Eiland  What is the criteria for the homes you are looking for?  Multi-family is not easy to come by in the nicer areas of Raleigh, but there are plenty of C-ish areas.
