Dallas Athletic Club Golf Course lot! Amazing view. Comps are well maintained. No need for any high end finish out to this property.
Structurally, the house seems to be in great condition with all the major components in good shape. Has a really big garage. The $45k rehab estimate will be going to paint, floor, kitchen, bathrooms, light fixtures and miscellaneous.
