I have a contract on 19 W 2nd St. in Pottstown, PA. Its a 3BD/1BA, but could be a 4BD with the attic. Asking 18k total for the house and contract. Needs a total rehab. ARV is 105k. House will rent for $1200-1300/m. PM or Call me if interested. 717-725-1844
