I recently got response from a lady I had sent yellow letter to about her property. But the property I sent to her about, she is not interested in selling. However, she has another property she wants to sell in another part of Ga. It is her parents old house, she has been paying taxes and everything on. No problems with it or anything in me talking to her. If there is anyone that is interested and  would like to get contact info for her, you can contact me through BP here and I'll be glad to send that info.

What does an empty lot sell for?  Take that, and subtract the cost of demolishing the house, that's what I would offer to buy it if I were you!  If it is a city lot with sewer and gas it might be worth slightly more, but often not.  Especially if there could be buried tanks (septic, oil, etc).

I have seen houses that can be worth less than a vacant lot due to items like the above.  You can have what appears to be a good house but upon further inspection worth less than an empty lot!
