Hi Everyone,

I am looking for reasons why people tend to shy away from Multifamily real estate.  I go live every Tuesday on our Facebook page and answer questions.  Leave some comments below and I will address the reasons/excuses.

Thanks for your input

Gino

Hey Gino, I hope all is well. I joined BP a few months ago and was impressed with how well read and sharp (and young) many of the members were. Most of them could run circles around many existing apartment owners with their intellect and, with the right tools and capital, could easily take on a complex.
