Seeking private money to fund real estate deal

I am seeking private money investor (not hard money) to fund a real estate deal. I have an opportunity to purchase 2 single family houses and vacant lot for a package deal of 25K. Both properties are currently rented out with combined gross rental income of $1100 per month.  I am seeking short term funding (3-6 months) with all properties cross collateralized to protect the investor.
