I have now been "Wholesaling Houses" for 3 months working at HighestCashOffer.com! This is my first job in Real Estate, and I LOVE IT. My job is to gather the sellers property information and calculate/negotiate offers. I am learning more, and more everyday. Starting this month I have began working on "Self Generated" leads, meaning I am doing all the marketing, finding the seller, and getting them under contact. I have the help of several door knockers in North Carolina, and Ohio.
