I am working with fix and flip investors who need funding for their Investment deals.

My focus is Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach Counties - but I am adding Investors in Tampa and Orlando areas as well.

Wow, I see a lot of people in this thread looking for Private Hard Money Lenders around Florida.

That is one of our hottest, preferred states for lending!

We have a wide variety of short-term Fix & Flip Hard Money Loans, as well as long-term Buy & Hold Financing for real estate investors. 

In Florida, we can work with anything from Single Family Residences (SFRs), to 2 - 4 Units, to 5+ Unit Apartments, to Commercial, even to Construction & Development financing.

We don't lend on anything Owner Occupied (NOO only), and can only lend to your Business Entity (no individuals).

Other than that, Florida is a state where we have one of our widest varieties of loan options available.
