Local Maryland Private Funding For Buy and Hold Deals

Hello Everyone,

I have multiple people interested in a property I control but some are asking about local buy and hold funding (financing) to acquire the property. If you know of any Maryland contacts that provide financing for off market buy and hold deals it would be greatly appreciated.
