Rather than call every brokerage in town, trying to find one who we click with. We thought it would be a good idea to post this on the BP Real Estate Agent forums:

My wife and I both have our real estate agent license, and we are seeking a real estate mentor/brokerage in the Seattle, Olympia, Tacoma, or Lacey area to form a long lasting and mutually beneficial relationship with. I am retired active duty military, and she is a former teacher. We have three children and are currently house hacking a duplex in Lacey. We are looking to begin flipping SFRs this year, and continue to expand our MFR rental portfolio.
