Hello everyone, I am getting ready to begin investing and am looking for a local mentor or jv partner to help with my first flip. I have been active on BP and networking locally. I am a handy person and understand how things in houses are built. Confident in my abilities to organize and complete a flip I just am lacking the financing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
