Tear Down/New Build Opportunity in Dallas!

This is a tear down build new opportunity in Midway Hollow. This is strictly as a tear down build new. No access to the interior of the house will be available. Thornberry Ln. is a great street that is on the East side on Lennel which is the dividing street for this area, so we are on the better side. Most of the old houses have been torn down and built new on this street. The only objection you may get is that this lot does side to Northwest Hwy. Resale price per sq ft has been adjusted down $25 a sq ft to account for this fact. An active builder I work with said he has built his last new builds in this area at a build cost of $130 per foot with as he said "all the bells and whistles". He currently has 2 projects building currently which is the only reason he says he doesn't have the funds to do this project. That is where the build cost estimate came from on the 4,000 sq ft x $130 = $520,000 cost
**16,000 sq ft lot.
