We are looking for PML Funding for a property under contract in Minnesota.  This home is located on 2 acres in school district with #1 test scores in the state for last 3 years.  Highly desired area:

PP:$375k
Repairs: $120k
ARV: $659k

We are looking for either a single or combination of investors for the project.  Desired interest rate is 10% for 6-9 months.
