I Want to Work for You on Weekends

Hi BP,

I am a new investor and, after researching the past six months, I am ready to get my hands dirty and jump into real estate investing and development.

I am looking for a real estate investor or developer who is willing to let me work under them as a mentee on weekends. In return I will make an immediate positive impact on your team and grow your real estate business.

I am hoping, more specifically, to gain in-depth knowledge and experience regarding how to find and evaluate potential deals, structuring deals, and development in general.

I have the following to offer:

• Strong analytical background and experience
• High capacity to learn and work
• Will not cause problems

I currently live in the Arlington, VA / Washington, DC metro area.
