You live & learn, looking for a mentor

I am starting to meet a lot of people on BP. Both in person and online and it has been a great uplifting and energizing experience. I am however currently looking for a mentor. In the past, I've always thought I was too smart to have someone telling me what to do, and I could figure it out on my own. I've learned through the experience of life it isn't worth the extra time and effort to go it alone. Also that a mentor isn't holding your hand through anything, and you don't know what you don't know. In the Cash Flow Quadrant (by Robert Kiosaki) they have the different type of workers and I was 90% an S. Do it yourselfer, perfectionist, and micro-manager. I've been taking strides to work more towards my other goals of the B and I quadrants. That is where the mentor comes into play.

For the most part I've been self taught but I have been going on rehab tours lately and they have grown my knowledge immensely aside from the insight of the people doing them. The only issue is everyone I meet are only doing multi-family. Although I plan on buy & holds for the future and other strategies fr multi-family. My primary focus right now is single family fix and flips and wholesaling if the opportunity arises.

So currently I am looking for a mentor in Massachusetts, that is currently or in the past done single family flips in Mass. I live in eastern MA (by Boston) ,but I have interest in the Western MA ( Springfield ) area as well.

I a currently an apprentice union Ironworker so I have periods of free time, that can be up to a couple of weeks at a time. Besides that my free time is after 4. I would be happy to give time and energy to whatever you need to reciprocate the time and education.
