Realtors, Wholesalers, Brokers and fellow BPers. Do you know of some distressed properties in any of these areas? Monmouth county, Middlesex county, Mercer county & Somerset county. We are serious re-habbers and we are seeking distressed SFH's. 3Br 1-2Ba. We love Termite damage, Mold, Lead, Radon, Asbestos & Really Neglected Homes. Newbies, Have you come across a property that is just beyond your reach or experience? Maybe you are seeking some real world mentoring. Reach out to us (we are gentle).

Experienced Wholesalers/ Realtors......  We pay very fair finder fees & commissions.

Contact us here at BP via a private message or email me directly at [email protected]

*we are not interested in any properties in Flood Zones at this time.
