• We lend our own money, we're not brokering loans.

• We lend rehab funds.
• We can provide transactional funding for wholesale double closings.
• No junk fees or prepayment penalties.
• We'll lend up to 70% of ARV. However, we always require that the borrower has some skin in the game, so we typically will only lend as much as 70% of the purchase price + 80% of the repair cost. (exception: 100% of the price for transactional funding.)
