I need help...

I have a great working relationship with an executive at a large national loan servicing company, where I have the opportunity to buy REO's before they hit brokerages, and online auction sites like homesearch.com/auction.com. Our group is buying at the same tier pricing as the top funds in the US.

Im based out of Phoenix, and only know the Western market. I recognize there's tremendous opportunity outside my home market, which Is why Im exploring partnerships with high volume wholesalers/investors who are experts in their individual markets. Its entirely possible to tie up an additional 10-20 deals a month through this avenue, so I need someone competent enough to execuite as this scale.
