Hello all you beautiful real estate professionals!

I would like to know if anyone reading this happen to have a particular property that they would like to sell. I'm taking a leap of faith and typing this at my job right now. I'm looking for landlords who might be tired of the toilets, tenants, and turmoil. Or even just tired of paying for a property that's sitting vacant producing zero cash flow. I would like to do four rehabs by the end of this year. I am looking for deals in areas with little to no crime as "Do Hard Money" is very strict on that, my hard money lender. I am trying different methods of marketing, with this being one of them. I will be doing another direct mail piece again next week and just wish that something would work so I can finally start to scale my business from zero to one hundred. I'm somewhat ranting right now but I am just mentally exhausted and tired of hearing people say, "You need to do something profitable." The winner of the race is he who endures the most and I am very durable after three years. I want consistency and will work as long as I have to to get it. I want to be successful and I want to make my business profitable.
