My assessment of the house:

Drop ceilings need to come out and be drywalled.
Flooring to be refinished or replaced.
There are 7-8 windows, half of them are original.
Kitchen and bath need renovation.
There is no dishwasher.
There is no central air.
The basement/ cellar is full of mud. Would need to address that.
Massive tree in backyard needing to be trimmed or removed.
On a busy street.


The good -

Newer water heater
Large off-street parking pad in rear
