Hello everyone. I am new to BP and looking to build up my portfolio in Houston (and surrounding areas), Nashville and Tampa area. Primarily looking for SFH as I am out of state but will do multi family for the right deal. Let me know if you have anything.

welcome to BP 

may i suggest setting some guidelines so that you dont get inundated with deals you are not interested on such as for example, price ranges, typical specs of properties you are looking for. 

i mean in houston as anywhere else you have 30k SFH and you also have over 1M SFH not too many people would be interested in both types of units. hope this helps to you find the right deals for you. and not waste anyones time sending you stuff you dont want.
