Hi my name is Marcus I have a cash buyer(investor) looking for non mls deals In the following counties Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa counties. is looking for single family, apts, condos etc that's good for buy and hold and fix and flip and that's under $3 million cash do you have anything?
