27 Fresh Montgomery County, Maryland, Probate Leads

I went to the Circuit Court yesterday and got these leads, which are from October 2015. These are actually fresh leads, even though they are six months old, because in probate cases, it can take months for the Personal Representative to submit an inventory of the deceased person's personal and real property. The January 2016 probate cases, for example, did not yet have the personal inventories.

I can't use these leads myself right now, so I will sell them to the highest bidder on Friday morning at 10:00 eastern time.  

The information included in the leads is:

  • the deceased person's name
  • the assessed value of the deceased person's house
  • the name of the Personal Representative
  • the relationship of the Personal Representative to the Deceased Person
  • the Personal Representative's address
