Seeking to JV completion of SFR build/hold in San Antonio, TX

This is a construction project in need of completion. I am seeking the right person/company to complete this as the first of many. I am in the process of building to hold in San Antonio area. I am doing this to build a portfolio of rental units. Opportunities exist in several varieties that can help you meet your real estate investing goals too. 

Required: The ability to start immediately, the ability to work from a draw schedule, strong work ethic, ability to pull permits, ability to complete project in a timely manner (so that other multiple projects can begin). 

Note: This project is being salvaged from the non-performance of a bad operator/project manager. Only mature, responsible, adults need to contact me. 

I own 5 additional lots that are ready to begin constructions and will be lining up more as project are under way.
