Great South Park Hill Flip opportunity. Home already has a pretty nice layout with 2 beds and 1 bath on the main level, a huge master suite on the second level, and a basement with a full bath, bedroom, and living area. Home does have a two car garage.  Rehab pretty straightforward. Open up main level a bit, full cosmetics, new windows, and add central air.

I know you guys get your "deals" off the MLS, but this one is still active even!! Ugh. That's not even close to a flippable price.
