Update: Look for the sold status on the MLS for this property on 4/13. Two investors that have 13 flips between them bought this one. Moral of the story, even if one person doesn't think its a "deal" maybe someone else just might. Don't give up!

Wow Micki, thank's for the criticism. We actually get a lot off market deals but we sell them before there's a need to put them on BP. You're more then welcome to come by the office and take a look at our board sometime. I get that not all deals are homeruns in this market but we did 98 deals last calendar year and haven't had an unhappy investor yet.  As for the saying of its still under contract, we only have a 3 day inspection on the property, so I'm sure the agent didn't want to change the status until after. If you have an opinion/questions about me or my company I'd appreciate you contact me directly and not blast me on my own ad. I would never do that to someone just starting out.
