I am a very active Wholesaler here in the Southwest Florida region. I source properties from the Below locations anywhere from 30-70 cents on the dollar. 

- Ft Myers

- Naples

- Bonita Springs

- Port Charlotte

- North Port 

I am looking to grow my buyers list with more Investors that are looking to potentially buy investment properties from these areas. (Cash or Cash Equivalent)
