Investment Condo for sale in Ft Lauderdale, FL. Priced for a quick sale. Seller financing available with 30% down and balance at 12% annual interest. HOA is $566 per month. RE Tax $125 per month. Currently rented with below market rent at $950 per month. Market rent is $1,100 to $1,200 per month. Apartment is located in a gated community at 4174 Inverrary Dr, Lauderhill, FL 33319.

HOA fees kill the cash flow on that one.

I would think to get market rent you'd have to at least gut and redo that hideous kitchen.
