Hey guys!

I'm looking for wholesalers in the Massachusetts area! I have a property in Peabody that could potentially be a great deal! I have not yet completed a contract from start to finish and do not have a huge cash buyers list yet. Would love to get some insight on whether or not the deal is a good one and if it is, would love to go 50/50 if you have someone who is interested! Direct message me if you are interested!
