Hey guys!

I'm looking for wholesalers in the Massachusetts area! I have a property in Peabody that could potentially be a great deal! I have not yet completed a contract from start to finish and do not have a huge cash buyers list yet. Would love to get some insight on whether or not the deal is a good one and if it is, would love to go 50/50 if you have someone who is interested! Direct message me if you are interested!

Thanks!

Chelsea

My name is Chelsea and I am a wholesaler/investor from the southern New Hampshire area (also in surrounding parts of Massachusetts). I find discounted properties below market value that are not listed on MLS, and I get contracts ready to be assigned.

If you are, or know someone, who is a cash buyer and can close quickly and would like to be informed when I find the next property, please message me your email and/or phone number.

You can also email me at [email protected]

@Keith Pentz, @Shaun Reilly, @Brian Gibbons, and @Paul Timmins thank you so much for all the advice. I am overwhelmed in such a positive way of all the response I have gotten. So excited that I decided to join BP and you all are confirming that. I'm going to get reading and continue to network with all of you! Again, thank you thank you!

@Matt Motil, that's ultimately my goal. Just out of curiously what was your time frame for being able to quit your 9-5 job? I want to be realistic but also very active in my pursuit for that option.

Thank you for the advice @Dave W. and @Matt Motil! I am going to start networking with people in my area. @Robert Andrade, most of the reason I want to get my real estate license is to get use to the buying and selling process and the contracts and paperwork associated with it. Ultimately I want to do my own real estate investing, but have no experience at all. Do you think this is a good place to start?

Hey Everyone!

I am looking into becoming a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on schools/programs. I am new to real estate investing and am looking for a good starting point to get more involved in the community and learning.

If anyone has any tips or ideas it will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Chelsea

Thank you for the recommendations, @Mindy Jensen! I will definitely start with the beginners guide. And thank you for the warm welcome! @Matt Lefebvre, I would love to get your insight on getting a real estate license as well. It's something I have been thinking about doing the past few months just to get out there and learn as much as I can. Do you think its something I should follow through with that will help me with my own, personal, real estate goals?

Thanks again!

Hey everybody! I just wanted to introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets community! Super excited to get started on this journey to financial freedom! I am 23 and didn't want to waste any time getting started. Just by reading a few of the posts it's amazing how knowledgable everyone is and I am so grateful there is a place to share and learn. I can't wait to create some relationships and get things started on my investing journey! I've just purchased the Bigger Pockets book on Rental Property Investing and Managing Rental Properties. I'm also interested in wholesale and for-closures. If anyone has any tips or reading material in mind that could help me get started that would be awesome! Looking forward to hearing from some of you and all this forum has to offer! Chelsea
