Hello BP!

I am currently living in Edmonton, Alberta where I am wholesaling properties. An individual has contacted me to  buy their home in Saint John New Brunswick. They live here in Edmonton but have a property there that they rent out but they no longer want to deal with the extra house that is so far away. I am looking for an investor in NB that wants to take on another property! 

3 bedroom upstairs as well as a large recreation room. Downstairs is a 1 bedroom rented separately with a separate entrance. 2 car garage, fenced in yard, hardwood flooring upstairs, wood laminate downstairs. 1000 fq.ft upstairs and approx. 1000 sq.ft down with 2 full baths.

Only work needed is the wood burning chimney needs to be repointed. Quoted to be fixed in the spring at $2800
