I frequently come across a number of tapes with REO properties in markets that are close to mine (Indianapolis), but outside my comfort zone in buying, and away from where all my buyers are focused on.

I am looking to partner with buyers and all wholesalers in Ohio (Cleveland, Akron, Toledo, Columbus, Cincinnati, etc), Michigan (Detroit, Flint, etc) Chicagoland, and Kentucky. There are a lot of quality properties to be moved here, and I am seeking the right partners to do it with!
