@Kyle Tanner FYI - Huntington is not apart of the Detroit Home Mortgage program. Huntington has loan programs for non-owner occupants.  Again, a group of us investors just met with their loan officer yesterday.

Hello Katherine and Kyle, I recently met with a Huntington Bank loan officer and they offer programs for funding the acquisition & rehab of Detroit properties, as long as they're located in viable neighborhoods. Minimum loan amount $15,000.  He has experience with investors and may be able to assist. He knows his stuff.  PM me so I can provide his contact details.  Regards.

Thank you Howard.  Will do.

Hello All,

I'm inquiring if anyone can refer an experienced and competent small business broker located in Raleigh-Durham, NC area. I have an associate that urgently requires representation and guidance in assessing the purchase of an existing small business in that market. This would be their first acquisition.

Please advise if you can assist. Much appreciated.

Regards.
