Hello BP. 

I am so happy and proud to announce I actually did it. My business went live! I sent out my marketing letters and this was my milestone, transitioning from dreaming to doing!

Now My mailers are out. My cash buyers list is growing, but not very fast. I am looking for serious cash buyers to join my list.

In return I will treat you seriously, with respect, fair, and I will analyze every property we acquire, so all you have to do is look over the numbers and verify our analysis. As I am new I just want a deal under my belt. Making a zillion dollars is not on my goal list yet.   What this means to you, is that for my first few deals I am handing over the savings over to you.
