Extremely clean cash flow 3/2 in Lackland Terrace
The house is super clean buy and hold property. Wouldn't do anything to it for owner finance. For a rental, only needs paint in and out, appliances, window units and a couple dry wall touch ups. The foundation does feel a little off but the seller put new tile throughout the entire house 10 months ago which is in perfect shape and all the doors close properly so I wouldn't touch it. There is no central air. Because of this, I wouldn't run it as a flip deal. Roof and windows are also less than a year old. All the sold comps only have 1 bath and we have 2, however most have a 1 car garage and we only have a carport. Our highest comp is a 2/1/carport and the only comp without central air. Should rent around $950+ having 2 baths.
