Buy House For $379,900.00. Sell To Me W/Owner Fin For $450,000

How would you like to lock in a profit of $71,000.00 by buying and holding a short sale for four years?

Buy 10709 Lorain Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland, for $379,900.00, and sell it to me with a four year balloon for $450.00.

I can pay between $10,000 and $20,000 down (not sure yet of exact amount I'll have).

I'll pay $1,800.00 per month, with $300.00 of that amount going towards the purchase price of the house.

I'll assume all responsibility for repairs 90 days after moving in. Will take the house in As-Is condition (no AC, electric baseboard heat).

I'll cash you out in four years, or you take back the house with all of my renovations and keep the down payment.

Thanks, Johanna
