New Podcast Launch - An Aussie's Guide to U.S. Real Estate!

I have just launched my new podcast! Investing in the U.S. - An Aussie's Guide to U.S. Real Estate, it is a podcast for international investors, and real estate entrepreneurs, looking to break into the U.S. Market!

I am an Australian investor that moved to the U.S. 4 years ago and I had to start from scratch! Learning the world of U.S. real estate investing; I had to navigate all the jargon, and pitfalls, so I decided to start this podcast to help others break into the U.S.! We interview industry leaders, and successful real estate entrepreneurs, asking straightforward and down to earth questions about how to grow your wealth by investing in U.S. real estate.... With just a little bit of an Aussie twist!

I really liked your story very similar to mine, engineers that turned investors. First podcast was brilliant, then I listed to 2 and 5 a bit and they sounded very bigger pocket style.

What I find from talking to Australians and maybe one of your shows may cover this, but TAXATION is the biggest concern. Sure for you and I we pay taxes here, so investment income will get taxed in accordance to our tax bracket, we'll have to pay our contribution to SS and other federal bodies. BUT Australia's living in Aus and making income here will have different tax laws. Maybe this can be one of your podcast topics

Also how they should hold the property in their name or an LLC.
