G'day @Brent Sunlay, nice to see other aussie's posting on this platform.

Even-though I help international investors buy US real estate I more than happy to discuss to benefits of NZ property investing over Australian properties. I will PM you.

Thanks @Omar Khan For the mention.

I will talking about influx in international investors breaking into the US market, how that affects US based investors, and what does it mean for 2017/beyond. I will also be talking about "getting off the fence" and taking the plunge; because if an Aussie from sunny Queensland in Australia can move to the US and get it done, then so can you! Give it a CRACK, make it happen and get 'er done!  @Joe Fairless

Hi Seetha,

I invest in DFW in large multi family (50+ units). I work with a few different brokers in the market. Shoot me a PM to continue the conversation. What size deal are you looking to invest in?

Hi,

I am looking for contact recommendations for a good commercial multi-family broker in San Antonio, Houston and DFW.

Size: 75-150 units

Class: B/C

Value Add.

I am GP on  other large MF deals in the Texas area, but specifically looking to create new relationships to increase deal flow.

Let me know.

Regards

Reed

G'day @Michael N.

Placing a large amount of capital into real estate requires serious thought on what types of outcomes you want. By the sounds of it you are trying to escape the cubicle, great stuff! Escape the rat race! Having passive income may be a great way to kick you off to achieving financial freedom and ultimately leaving your day job.

Depending on your risk appetite you can invest in ground-up developments (high ROI but higher risk), or in a cashflowing Multi family deals (stabilized lower ROI, less risk). I invest in both assets and I am seeing great returns.

If you want to hit me up to continue the conversation please do so. I always like helping others with 'next steps' in their investing career.

Enjoy the weekend.

Reed
