Here is what I am looking for: 

• 100% property acquisition
• 50% rehab if project cost Is over 50k 

Here is my duty:

• Find Deal 
• 100% of Renovation/Remodel under 50k  

 Profit Sharing 

• 50/50

I am interesting in different structures deals, i have the another partnership in romeoville currently structured this way and I have a flip In wheaton as well!  I have deals come my way every week with 20-30k in profit but not enough capital to fund them.  2016 is the year and I will flip atleast 20 properties!
