Hi everyone!

My name is Joni Bickel and I am a realtor/newbie investor in Seattle. I am looking for investors in my area with cash that can close quickly. 

I am currently working on some estate properties in Snohomish County that may be of interest but not sure if the numbers are right for a cash investor so I would love to talk if you are interested! Plus I would like to have contacts that I can call when I have something come up.
