Hi Everyone! Thank you for all of your quick replies. I will keep all of you on my list when properties come in. The particular property that I am working on, after meeting with the seller this morning and speaking with one of the investors that responded to my post doesn't look like there is enough equity there. They have a reverse mortgage on the house and the family wants to get as much out of the property as they can. They were interested in a cash offer from an investor but after they heard the numbers decided to most likely list it instead.

I will keep you all updated as I get more leads!

My name is Joni Bickel and I am a realtor/newbie investor in Seattle. I am looking for investors in my area with cash that can close quickly.
